I work with adults, young and old, who are seeking to decrease suffering, increase authenticity, build community, and pursue a life that aligns with their values.
I have a wide range of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, aging, and substance use disorders using third-wave behavior therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that changing behaviors that no longer serve us, and recognizing thoughts as just thoughts, can free us to pursue the relationships, passions, and community that make life worth living.
I have a special interest in working with artists and creative types whose mental health is interfering with their full expression.
